If you are unsure whether your note will fit within these dimensions, feel free to email us a photo at contactnotestocherish@gmail.com and we will be happy to check this for you. Place your order, uploading your photograph on the product page, and select whether you want your piece unframed or framed and if so, choose between the wood or black wood effect frame. Dimensions of the inner area of our frames are 5 in x 7 in, and unframed notes will be cut to the measurements 9 in x 7 in.

If required, you can place any further instructions, such as if you wish for a portion of your note not to be embroidered, in the Order Notes box at checkout.

As each A Note To Cherish is made especially for you, orders can take up to a week to dispatch from the date of your order. All orders are posted using tracked delivery. UK orders have a delivery aim of two days, orders within Europe typically take 3-5 business days, and Rest of World orders have an estimated delivery time of 6-7 business days. We can! If you have enough snippets and samples of the handwriting you want us to embroider then we can combine these to create a new message of your choosing. Please email us at contactnotestocherish@gmail.com before ordering so we can discuss what you have in mind.

Of course! We embroider the handwriting exactly as you see it in the photograph you upload at the time of ordering, so it can be in any language.

Yes, of course. Simple line drawings and doodles can be embroidered just like handwriting can. This can be a doodle alongside your handwritten message or just a drawing on it’s own, a common example that people choose to turn into A Note To Cherish are drawings by their children.
