Select your chosen note and take a clear, well-lit photograph of the piece. Please be aware that the maximum embroidery area for A Note To Cherish is 5 1/2 in x 4 in.
If you are unsure whether your note will fit within these dimensions, feel free to email us a photo at contactnotestocherish@gmail.com and we will be happy to check this for you. Shorter pieces will translate clearer into stitch than longer pieces, particularly if the handwriting is fine and intricate. Place your order, upload your photograph on the product page, and select whether you want your piece unframed or framed and if so, choose between the wood or black wood finish frame. Dimensions of the inner area of our frames are 5 in x 7 in, and unframed notes will be cut to the measurements 8 in x 6 in.
If required, you can place any further instructions, such as if you wish for a portion of your note not to be embroidered, in the instructions box at checkout.

Of course! We embroider the handwriting exactly as you see it in the photograph you upload at the time of ordering, so it can be in any language.
We can! If you have enough snippets and samples of the handwriting you want us to embroider then we can combine these to create a new message of your choosing. Please email us at contactnotestocherish@gmail.com before ordering so we can discuss what you have in mind.
How To Order
Step One
Select the piece you want to turn into A Note To Cherish, this can be anything from a message in a birthday card, a line from a love letter, or your child’s first written words.
Step Two
Photograph your piece, and upload the image on the A Note To Cherish product page when ordering. Please refer to our Photograph Guide for more advice and image examples.
Step Three
We take care of the rest, creating a unique and deeply personal keepsake. Your A Note To Cherish is then carefully packaged and posted to you, and is now yours to keep forever.
